The Royal Salute 21 Year Old Rio de Janeiro Polo Edition is a vibrant tribute to Brazil’s polo capital and cultural heartbeat. It’s the seventh release in the Polo Collection and was crafted to reflect the rhythm and lush beauty of Rio.
The blend features malt whiskies aged in American oak and first-fill Braeval casks, delivering a layered profile of floral and grassy notes, creamy vanilla and coconut, and bursts of poached pear, charred pineapple, lime sweets, and candied walnuts. There’s also a playful undercurrent of white chocolate, salted caramel, cinnamon, and cardamom, evoking the energy of a Bossa Nova evening.
Visually, it’s housed in a vivid green flagon with gold accents, echoing the Brazilian flag and Rio’s lush landscape.
