Macallan Concept Series

The Macallan Concept Series is a collection of single malt Scotch whiskies that fuses the passion behind The Macallan whisky making with innovative art, music and culture. Each edition in the series features a unique design and a distinctive flavour profile. The Macallan Concept Number 1 (2018) is inspired by surreal art and incorporates six different cask types to create a complex and smooth whisky with notes of citrus, vanilla and fresh oak. The Macallan Concept Number 2 (2019) is influenced by music and showcases the harmony between whisky and wood. It combines four different cask types to create a rich and spicy whisky with notes of toffee, ginger and dried fruits. The Macallan Concept Number 3 (2020) is a collaboration with graphic designer David Carson and celebrates the power of visual communication. It uses three different cask types to create a fruity and sweet whisky with notes of caramel, orange and chocolate. The Macallan Concept Series is exclusive to travel retail and is highly sought-after by collectors and whisky enthusiasts.
