Clase Azul Mezcal San Luis Potosí is a premium mezcal made from Agave salmiana, also known as green agave, which grows in the deserts of San Luis Potosí. This mezcal is known for its crystal-clear appearance with silver highlights and a full body. The aroma features cooked agave, caramel, green chile, sweet fruit, freshly cut grass, and subtle wildflowers. On the palate, it offers herbal notes with hints of caramel, lime zest, and clove, followed by a mineral and spiced aftertaste.
The mezcal is produced using traditional regional methods, including steam cooking in masonry ovens, milling with a Chilean mill, and double distillation in copper stills. The decanter is a work of art, with a handmade cap that represents the desert landscape of San Luis Potosí, adorned with bright red finches.
